Booking & Services

All events are subject to schedule availability, event requirements, travel distance, setup needs, and deposit confirmation. No event is considered booked until the date has been reviewed, availability has been confirmed, and the required deposit has been received.
Availability
Some dates may already have standing appearances, recurring customer events, or priority holds based on prior agreements. These dates may not be generally available unless released.
Certain annual events may also have preferred scheduling windows. For example, some holiday-related events may traditionally take place the day before the holiday based on the customer’s work schedule or venue needs.
Add-Ons and Custom Event Features
Additional event options are being developed and may be suggested when appropriate for the event.
Some custom add-ons may require significant lead time, especially items involving design, printing, ordering, delivery, setup, or special preparation. These options may need to be discussed and approved at least one month before the event.
Booking Request
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure an event date.
Discounted, community, foundational, benefit, or preferred-customer pricing does not remove the deposit requirement. Pricing consideration and schedule availability are separate parts of the booking process.
Community and Preferred Customer Consideration
Certain foundational customers, community organizations, veterans’ events, Legion-connected functions, fraternal organizations, and long-standing community-service groups may qualify for special pricing consideration.
At-cost pricing is reserved for foundational customers and approved direct organizational functions. Other qualifying community or benefit events may receive a percentage discount, depending on the event and circumstances.
Private parties, rentals, commercial events, or third-party events held at a community venue do not automatically qualify for at-cost pricing.
